• Categorise your tasks into social, work, life admin, household chores and self-care. Colour coded – personal preference
  • Assign time to tasks – how long will it take you? Large hour, medium 30 mins or small 15 mins
  • Prioritise – what’s urgent within 24 hours, by wed or not so urgent, by end of week
  • Be realistic with capacity. Tasks might pop up throughout the week, give wiggle room
  • Where to save schedule? Write things down, whiteboard, trello or asana, spreadsheet
