Anna, a trained Occupational Therapist, Wellbeing Coach, and Mindfulness Teacher specialising in working with mums, like you 🙂 She has over 2 decades of experience, including 15 years practicing in the NHS, helping people overcome difficulties, develop ways to deal with anxieties and limiting beliefs, and to flourish in this funny thing called life.
She brings a range of evidenced-based, psychological approaches to her sessions, helping mums learn the skills to feel calmer, in control, be kind to themselves, and reconnect with a sense of identity beyond ‘mumhood’.
Anna runs her own successful business, Coaching Mindfully, providing individual sessions, workshops and courses, privately and within corporate settings. She offers 4 months ‘Transformational coaching programmes’ bespoke to mums, with results that transform their mindset, attitude, and life. She also facilitates Mindfulness training courses, designed to support mums to learn the skills to feel calm and grounded despite the challenges of parenthood.
Her mission is to support women to let go of mum guilt, feel happy in their head, and grounded in their bones.
