Not only have I undertaken additional and specialist training in this area but I have been through it too. Before having my two children I experience two missed miscarriages, Asherman’s Syndrome, unexplained fertility issues, treatment for elevated natural killer cells, followed by a traumatic birth. I never, ever thought to reach out for help with my emotions or my mental health and I believe this is an area that is still woefully misunderstood and hugely under-supported.

As a therapist I am trained in many different approaches, techniques and disciplines meaning I fit the therapy to you and your needs, not the other way around. I recently added mindfulness meditation to my list of trainings and qualifications and I am undertaking the highest level of Psychotherapy training in the UK which is providing me with a huge range of skills that I can bring to my therapy room.
I work ‘integratively’ meaning I bring together all my tools and trainings to find the right approach for you. You, the client, are the most important part of the process. I don’t believe that anyone needs ‘fixing’. My job is to listen and to work with you to find the answers to help you live the life that YOU deserve.
