Clemmie has just been the best font of knowledge and support during and after my pregnancy. The pre-natal dietary plan she made for me gave me confidence and reassurance I was giving my baby-to-be the best possible start. And after the birth the programme Clemmie put together I feel helped me bounce back in a healthy and sustainable pace. And another bonus is I'm now aware and conscious of how important my gut health is and know more about microbiomes than I'd ever thought I would. I've become pretty evangelical about her services and have recommended her to my other mum friends who have all been just as thrilled with Clemmie as I have.

Clemmie gave me some excellent advice and nutritional tips when I was suffering the effects of an early menopause. She also recommended some brilliant supplements . Clemmie exudes such warmth , wisdom and positivity . Thank you , I feel so much better now .

I've had such a great experience of working with Clemmie. I struggled with my health after my first pregnancy so with my second I wanted some advice on what to eat to stay healthy and shed my post-baby weight. Clemmie has helped me so much with my pregnancy! I am a first time mum and Clemmie has given me a lot of guidance and support with my supplements and general health as my pregnancy progresses. I am so grateful for her, she is so reassuring and really knows her stuff! I’ll be continuing to have her guide me well into my post-pregnancy journey

Clemmie is an absolute gem. She has taken a huge amount of stress out of our family meal-times with two, very fussy children! She worked with us to design a brilliant, weekly meal plan that both my children love (incredible!). I can't tell you how reassuring it is to know that despite our busy lives, we are getting all the nutrition we need. We have enough recipe ideas to last us months and the supplement advice was invaluable - we can already feel the difference. Clemmie is so lovely to work with; very personable and extremely patient with my children (who loved her!). I would highly recommend Clemmie to anyone struggling with fussy eaters or lack of time/confidence in the kitchen.

Clemmie helped me so much I couldn’t recommend her more! A friend initially introduced me after I was suffering with low energy levels and poor gut health. I’m on a much better path thanks to her advice and support. Highly recommended
