Hi, I’m Sam from Easy Sleep Solutions.
I’m a Certified Sleep Practitioner (or coach/consultant) for both babies, children, teens and adults using research and evidence-based techniques. I tailor my service to your specific requirements, whether that’s for your child or you as an individual.
For adults and older children I’m certified in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Brief Behavioural Therapy for insomnia. This involves looking at your life holistically, not just night-times, so we can identify what is contributing to your sleeplessness enabling us to retrain your brain to start loving sleep again. I am also certified to work with Teens and their specific sleep difficulties, including ‘Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder’.
Having worked with sleep-deprived families for over 3 years, I now incorporate other techniques I’ve learned not just those from my training with the well respected Dana Obleman and her Sleep Sense programme. The techniques I choose to use are usually determined by your parenting style and preference.
I also have a BSc in Psychology which is naturally incorporated into my work with my clients.
With all my clients, regardless of their age, I have multiple tools in the toolkit to help them regain the sleep they need.
