Hi, I’m Emma Roberts. I’m 38 years old and I’ve been working as a parent and baby coach/sleep specialist for over 15 years (wow, time flies).
My qualifications include:
*Sleep Coaching (Level 6)
*Maternity Practitioner
*Counsellor (BA HONS)
*Nannying
My passion lies in supporting parents and their infants. I’ve worked with hundreds of babies who have sleep challenges, and I have had excellent feedback from parents regarding my baby-centred approach. There’s nothing more rewarding then a parent telling me how I’ve “transformed” their life. I offer new-born consultations, which detail to parents how practicing healthy sleep habits can result in enhanced sleep for the whole family. I also have experience in supporting children who have a diagnosis of SEN.
I have often assisted mothers who are suffering with Post Natal Depression and PTSD. Giving birth can be extremely traumatising, and my knowledge and skills enable mothers to process their thoughts and emotions surrounding their birth experience. I have experience of premature birth and it’s complications – my son was born at 24 weeks and is now 5. I also have experience of working with twins and triplets (that is tough, and I take my hat off to you all!).
In my spare time I love to work! I love to support parents, and I absolutely love new-borns. I have to force myself sometimes to take a break, as work doesn’t seem like work when I’m enjoying it so much. I love nature and going for walks in the countryside, and I try to keep fit – exercise definitely helps me to relax and unwind.
I can’t wait to hear from you, so I can support you on your parenting journey!
