I’m Mum to two fabulous humans – Max and Holly. I struggled with becoming a Mum, I was no longer the independent respected Manager in a corporate IT business but thrown into the proverbial with a baby who had reflux, colic, and just didn’t sleep. All I was told was that I needed to leave Max to cry for him to learn how to sleep which I knew wasn’t for me, so I qualified as a Holistic Sleep Coach and here we are today! I fully understand the importance of sleep for parents, I’m all about taking action but in a responsive and gentle way. I focus on educating and empowering you to understand how sleep works so navigating sleep challenges feels more instinctive for you. I work online and am flexible in the support I offer, from holding your hand every step of the way to my online self-paced courses.
