I’ve been having 1:1 strength classes with Nicole for 9 months now. I started because I basically wanted to get stronger and had a lot of upper body aches and pains. Yes I’m much stronger, but the way in which Nicole has changed my life and outlook on strength, positive body image and health were unexpected bonuses…. She is much more than a brilliant personal trainer, she’s real, focused and just a pleasure to be in the company of. I’d recommend her in an instant 💚
