Hi, I’m Nikkita, Psychotherapist & Personal trainer for women. I’m deeply passionate about helping women feel confident and happy in their bodies, careers and relationships.
Having worked with hundreds of women, from stay-at-home mums to globe trotting executives (and being a woman myself), I know how painful it can be for women who despite putting themselves under a lot of pressure, never feel good enough. This often manifests itself into binge eating and drinking, ruminating about calories, being unhappy with their body and trying endless diets and workout programmes to fix it – but it never works. This cycle is frustrating, depressing and anxiety provoking – not to mention exhausting and a complete joy destroyer. Thankfully, it doesn’t have to be that way.
I provide specialist counselling and psychotherapy to women who want to improve their self-confidence and learn to take care of themselves in a way that adds to, rather than diminishes the joy in their lives.
If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
My approach is integrative, meaning I’ve studied and use a range of different psychological theories in my work. The idea behind this is there is no one size fits all. You’re a unique person with your own unique life experience, thus incorporating different approaches means your therapy can be tailored specifically to you.
While I finished my counselling degree with distinction, my approach isn’t cold, clinical or ‘prescribed’. I’m warm, compassionate and unshockable, so you can expect a judgement free experience. I will always aim to understand your experience from your perspective and work with you to find solutions that suit you and your life.
If you’d like to chat before making any decisions, send me a message.
