Rachel started out her career as a primary school teacher in both the state and independent sector. She was also involved in training and mentoring student teachers.
In 2001, she founded Educating Matters to support working parents with all aspects of educating and raising children and integrating work and family.
She works with organisations globally in a vast range of sectors to deliver webinars, seminars, online courses, blog posts, articles, podcasts, panel discussions and more extended workshops and training.
Outside the workplace, she works with parents in schools and individuals.
She draws a lot on her everyday, practical experience of being a mother to 4 children.
Having spoken to and supported many tens of thousands of parents globally over almost 3 decades, she has a strong sense of the common challenges parents face.
Rachel is all about providing practical, realistic support.
She aims to equip parents with the tools to build strong, connected relationships with their children and get the very best out of them.
