Listen to your DNA to get to the best version of yourself. To do that we have three steps:
- The first step is “Discover”, where we take the guesswork out of getting fit and healthy.
- Step two is all about “Reset & Release”. We begin your body’s reset and we release the old habits, to embark on a new journey.
- Finally, in step three, you get your “Percent-Σdge”, and that’s when you listen to what your DNA is telling you and we help you create a new lifestyle.

When you move from Discovery to Reset, we find the right journey for you.
When you start to listen to your DNA and do exactly what your body wants, when you Reset and you get your Percent-Σdge, you’re taking back control, and once you’ve got control back and you’ve discovered everything about yourself, that’s when you celebrate the wins and become the best version of yourself.
The way we do this is really simple. Each of our steps has three modules:
Doctor designed analysis
Module one is where we really focus on finding out where you are currently. We start with your lifestyle analysis and that’s where you discover where you are right now and then think about what you want to change or improve. Ideally, you want a top-to-toe assessment so that you can see the areas that need the greatest attention and work on the weakest link first and foremost.
Then we move on to the core DNA analysis. Do you have your mother’s eyes? Or perhaps your father’s height? We all contain parts of our genetic heritage – including predispositions that affect the health of our heart, brain, bones, eyes and many other things. We help you discover the things you need to be aware of, so you can swerve those genetic bullets.
Energy & performance
The last area in Discovery is your Performance & Energy report. Did you know that your body is genetically engineered with a specific muscle type? Knowing which muscle type you have can help you find the right type of exercise for you. Your body may be designed to function best when doing power exercises, like fast sprints or short bursts of energy when at the gym. You could be more endurance based, meaning your body works best when walking longer distances, or cycling through the countryside.
