  • Tapping with two fingers, applying pressure on some of the meridian points on body to release emotions and feel better than when you started
  • Start applying pressure with two fingers on side of your hand, feel resistance on place where you're tapping
  • 3 parts
    • Acknowledge what you're feeling, helps brain process emotion and feel calmer
    • Releasing with sentences to let it go
    • Positive thinking mindset or towards where you want to get
  • Goal is to feel better, you can repeat EFT tapping several times - do as many times as you want
  • Tapping round is 8 parts - do it with me and continue if you feel you need to
