EFT session on sadness, when you feel down, crying and need some help to come out of it and feel better
- Tapping with two fingers, applying pressure on some of the meridian points on body to release emotions and feel better than when you started
- Start applying pressure with two fingers on side of your hand, feel resistance on place where you’re tapping
- 3 parts
- Acknowledge what you’re feeling, helps brain process emotion and feel calmer
- Releasing with sentences to let it go
- Positive thinking mindset or towards where you want to get
- Goal is to feel better, you can repeat EFT tapping several times – do as many times as you want
- Tapping round is 8 parts – do it with me and continue if you feel you need to
