4 Tips for parents with fussy eaters
- Eat together – eating together and eating the same meal is beneficial. It’s not always practical but try and do it for at least one meal a day
- Smaller portions – give your child smaller, more achievable portions. Then when they finish, give them lots of praise!
- Fun mealtimes – make mealtimes fun! Talk about your child’s day, play a thinking game or something similar. This is a huge distraction!
- Playdates – having another child over for mealtimes is so important, especially if that child isn’t a fussy eater
