Hi, I'm Maria Elliott and I'm founder of Mummy M.O.T. which is a postnatal check for moms after they've had a baby.I'm here today to share with you some ideas that are really important for your postnatal recovery.Tip number one would be to make sure that you get a check after you've had your baby.Ideally see a pelvic health physio, or a mummy M.O.T. practitioner at six weeks and again on twelve weeks.If any ongoing postnatal conditions are noted, they can be then treated.We also recommend a 20 week check at that point.Hopefully we'd be able to sign you off for all the activities and sports that you want to get back to.
