A little introduction to me and what I do.
I specialise in female stress and burn out, as well as fertility, pregnancy and, in particular, postpartum. I believe the time when women need love and care the most is postpartum but it is a time when we are all wired to give to others. So I love to hold the space for women to really invest in their own health and listen to their body so they can heal from the inside out.
