It’s great to know what activities cultivate joy and allow positive emotions to take the lead. 

I often encourage mothers to tell me about the things that you love to do, regardless of whether or not you feel that you are able to make time for these activities. I love to hear what it is about reading, painting, roller-skating etc that lights you up. Tell me about activities that cause you to lose track of time, access your creativity and feel energised. 

Today I’d love to tell you about one of my favourite go-to activities – The Dance Break.
