Mummy M.O.T. is a postnatal check that we deliver to moms so that we can check them after they’ve had their baby check the posture tummy gap on pelvic floor.
What we’ve seen most commonly over the last five years is many moms presenting to clinic with ongoing postnatal conditions like urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain.
I know all of these postnatal conditions are really debilitating for the mums because it stops them from getting back to the exercise that they want and enjoying life as a mum.
