Natural Nap times

  • An ideal time for the first nap is between 9am – 10am, this is because the sleepy hormone is high and serotonin is low
  • A great time for the second nap is between 12 – 2
  • up to 8 months I suggest you have an afternoon nap and do it on the go e.g rocking to sleep or walking them in the buggy
