Meg offers online and in person reflexology classes where she teaches participants the theory of reflexology and reflexology for menopause techniques that you can do on yourselves to deal with the emotional impact the menopause can have on the body. These sessions can be incredibly effective to support the body’s natural healing system, improve sleep and reduce anxiety and stress. 
 
Meg will run through a 45 minute session for participants to follow along. Each week will be tailored to your needs so it becomes an intimate and personal form of body therapy. 

Sequences can include: 

  • Stress and anxiety relief
  • Insomnia
  • Hormonal balance
  • Hip, joint and spinal pain

Workshop delivery:

Face to face:
  • Meg can host these sessions in a meeting room or large space.
  • Participants need access to their feet and hands, and cream or oil (Meg can provide this).
  • Each session includes a short introduction, consultation and reflection at the end.
Online:
  • Meg can host up to 100 people online, guiding participants through the session via Zoom or Teams.
  • Participants need access to their feet and hands, oil or cream and a quiet space.
  • Each session includes a short introduction, consultation and reflection at the end.
