Pregnancy and birth has put your body through a marathon. Spend some time with me reviewing where you are at nutritionally and getting the most out of your body and food.

Whether it’s weight loss, improving energy or giving you the best nutrition for breastfeeding, this session is for you.
In our 45 minutes together I will take a full history and start off planning what you can do to improve your health. Follow-ups are the same price and are there to help you on your journey.
I am a mum of 3 and a Registered Nutritionist. I have a passion for making healthy food accessible for everyone regardless of their budget and the time they have. I believe that it is essential to support families in the early years to lay good foundations and for later on because that has an impact on those children’s long term outcomes.
I have 15 years of experience working with clients in the NHS, voluntary sector and private practice (through my 2 businesses – Porter Nutrition and Weaning Centre). I have worked with organisations including World Cancer Research Fund, the BBC and the University of Salford to get nutrition messages to the public which are simple, accessible and friendly. I wear various voluntary hats too including running a toddler group.
