90 minute breathwork consultation

This is a 90 minute 1:1 online breathwork consultation and initial assessment that will be tailored to what you need in your life and anything that you’d like to release.

• Initial assessment
• 30-40 minutes of my Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey – a more intense breathwork technique that enables you to have the time, space & energy to process, release, heal and transform.
• Tools to take into your everyday life to help you with resilience, restoring yourself and reducing stress

Duration: 90 minutes

Please note: If this is your first session with me, then please make sure you book this so that I can do a more in-depth assessment and plan for you. Following this, I can do shorter sessions which are available on my profile.
