Antenatal package £95

Huge congratulations! We know the prospect of sleep with a newborn is exciting and daunting all at the same time so we want to ensure you know what to expect and you’re your baby needs! Our antenatal package allows us to discuss your baby’s sleep needs, sleep cycles and schedules. You’ll learn how to teach your little one the difference between day and night, and how to establish a good schedule of feeding and sleeping once the first few weeks have passed.

This includes a private 1-1 60 minute video consult together with your own detailed, educational plan which covers what to expect in the newborn stage of sleep and the theory behind it. The techniques in this plan will teach you how to help your baby form healthy sleep habits in the long term.

If this is not your first child we’ll also give you a copy of our sibling guide to help them with the early weeks of having a new younger sister or brother.

For children in a cot (4-36 months) £295

We will support you to help your little one as they gain their independent sleep skills. At the same time, you’ll grow in confidence, get your own sleep back and be able to enjoy your time together.

It’s worth noting that what we do is not the same as “sleep training”. Instead we use an evidence-based approach that has helped so many parents to allow their little ones to have long, restful naps and make numerous overnight wakes and bedtime upsets a problem of the past.

We will undertake a preliminary assessment which allows us to understand your child’s sleep patterns so that we can pinpoint why they are not sleeping well. We won’t just consider their time in bed but everything that could be a factor. This will inform our meticulous and tailor-made sleep plan which will give you our comprehensive and highly specific recommendations for how you can help your child to form new habits.

We will then have a private 1-1 consult to discuss the plan and answer any of your questions you might have. This takes place over video conference and, once we have met, we will support you as you support your little one via telephone support and unlimited email support so that we can answer any other questions that come up during the two week support period.

We also ask families to complete sleep logs which we analyse daily and use to keep us informed about your child’s changing sleep habits and needs so we can ‘tweak’ the original plan to make it even more bespoke to your child.

Children 30 months and over in a bed £345

Whether your child is awake for hours in the night or struggling to sleep in their own bed, it is too costly to keep up for long. From your child’s school life to your family’s wellbeing, so much depends upon what happens after everyone has said goodnight.

We will undertake a preliminary assessment which allows us to understand your child’s sleep patterns so that we can pinpoint why they are not sleeping well. We won’t just consider their time in bed but everything that could be a factor. This will inform our meticulous and tailor-made sleep plan which will give you our comprehensive and highly specific recommendations for how you can help your child to form new habits.

If you are happy for us to help your child more directly (dependent upon age) then we can speak with them over a video call and follow up calls and videos. This can help them feel reassured about the sleep plan and can help them to take ownership of their own role in the process.
