Child Behaviour and Sleep Support Guide - Ages 2-6 Years Old - Video Guide

From 2 years old, your child is likely to exhibit more challenging behaviour, as they develop emotionally – this can have a negative impact on their sleeping pattern. It can then affect the mood and energy of your child and the rest of your family. This course is for you if your once perfect sleeper is now battling with you at bedtime, you are finding their behaviour challenging and they are struggling to regulate their emotions.

Through easy to watch videos, the course covers everything you need to know about sleep development for 2-6-year-olds. It offers strategies to help support your child on their journey into becoming a well-rounded, emotionally intelligent and secure child, who is happy to sleep through the night in their own space. You will also have access to the private Facebook group for 2 months, for peer support and to ask me any questions.

Once you login, you will have instant access to all the videos to watch at your own pace. If you don’t have time to watch, you can pop me in your ear and listen whilst out and about. In total there are just over 3 hours worth of videos with more to be added soon, however, they are all short, easy to digest videos that you can dip in and out of as and when you need to at various stages of your child’s development. It is useful to watch them in the order to begin with, as each video is designed to build on your new knowledge, but once you have your foundations laid, it is easy to jump to the relevant video as and when you need to.

Here are some quotes from parents who have taken this course:

‘As Nicole says, it’s not an instant fix but a gradual tweak here and there to change the overall behaviour and sleep, and every little change has an impact so it’s really worth it’ Anyez

‘It’s like a giant toolkit of tips and skills to deal with all the challenges you face as a parent of a little person. Nicole is now a voice in my head reminding me of what I need to say or do when Harris is pushing me to my limit’ Claire O

‘After 3 nights of following the advised bedtime routine for my 2 year old, he is asleep within 10 minutes from 30 minutes on the first night. It would normally take 2 hours to get him to sleep.’ Charlotte

About the Parents and your Journey

Support calls can be added to your online course should you feel you need them. A bundle of 3 support calls for £100 or £40 for each.

I am here to support you and your family on your journey as your baby becomes a toddler, a preschooler and a school aged child, while they develop and grow in independence, struggle emotionally, test their boundaries and battle with sleep, and help you know you are not alone in some of the many struggles you may face. I understand the emotions you and your young child may be going through, as you struggle, day after day and night after night, trying to settle your child to sleep and suffering from sleep deprivation, whilst dealing with very normal behaviours, overwhelm and tantrums.

I know from my own personal experience that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to sleep support – or anything else to do with parenting!

That’s why my video course helps you to develop an individual plan to support your young child on their behavioural  journey, settle your child to sleep in a way that suits you and your family, improve communication amongst you all, so you all get the important rest that you need, in a way that’s manageable for you. When you sign up for this course, you’ll also get access to a private Facebook group, where you can ask me questions and benefit from peer support. Alternatively, you can book 1-1 online sessions for individual support, tailored to the needs of your family. I’m a great listener and together, we can devise a plan to help you to move forward in a positive way, to get the sleep you all need.
