About Phoebe:
I have worked in a variety of school settings in both state and private sectors from the countryside, to inner city to abroad. One thing that has always struck me no matter the location is how we all learn differently and the importance of understanding HOW we learn is the key to our all round success. Rightfully academia is important, but equally, if not more so, are the skills required to think on your feet, ask questions, communicate and be resilient in this ever changing world. Those are the skills I instill in my pupils, those are the skills I coach parents, those are the reasons I created Beyond Books.
