It’s never been more important to support children’s mental health and wellbeing and my jars provide a talking point between child and adult to focus on the highlights of the day in a positive way. Studies have found that gratitude is linked to happiness in children by age 5 so let’s try to instill gratitude in young children to support them in growing up to be more reflective adults.
