One-to-One Coaching for Mums who have Lost Themselves During Motherhood
Motherhood is one of the biggest (if not the biggest) life changes a woman can go through.
Many Mums report the struggles they experience; from loss of identity to decreased confidence, loneliness, overwhelming emotions and thoughts, lack of balance, feelings of guilt, and the list goes on.
The struggles Mums experience are real, and yet most of the support still focuses on the practicalities around the birth of the baby and what is needed to look after the baby. These practicalities are of course important, but Mums also need dedicated support on helping them with the challenges that Motherhood can bring.
This package is for mums who are already some time into their motherhood journey and:
- They have lost their sense of self along the way and are unsure of who they are besides being ‘mum’.
- They don’t factor any time in for themself and their own needs.
- Constantly putting the needs of the family and others before themself.
- Lost view of what they’re interested in and feel passionate about.
- Lost their self-confidence.
- Living life in busy autopilot and unable to be enjoy being in the present moment.
- Battling with feelings and thoughts of self-doubt, resent, upset, annoyance, numbness.
- Constantly on the verge of burnout.
This coaching package helps mums to:
- Identify who they are, apart from being ‘mum’.
- Identify their own passions and interests again.
- Build a mindset which encourages them to make time for themselves and see that as a positive thing for them and their family.
- Manage thoughts and emotions positively, without allowing them to take control and hinder them.
- Build confidence and belief in their whole self, their abilities and capabilities and feel empowered.
- Find balance and routine which helps them to find enjoyment, passion and be more present again.
The coaching provides mums with:
- A safe space to be listened to without judgement and by a coach who is a mum and understands.
- Time to offload how they’re feeling and what they’re struggling with.
- Relief and reassurance that what they’re experiencing is normal.
- Tools and techniques that will help them in managing motherhood and its challenges effectively and feel a more empowered version of themselves.

- 6 x 60-minute coaching sessions, over zoom, every alternate week.
- Monday-Friday unlimited support over Whatsapp.
- Audio recordings of each coaching session.
- Your own online Trello board, tracking your goal, actions, and progress.
