This package offers you the chance to have an in-depth discussion with me and discuss any issues or concerns you are currently having with your little one. I will help to answer your questions and give advice on where I think you can make some adjustments to help your child (and yourself) gain more sleep.
I will then email you a handout of the sleep technique we have discussed that will suit your child best. I will then be on hand for a week to answer your questions by WhatsApp for 5 weekdays (weekends are not included).
Please note: Having a family myself so I try to limit my work load to a normal working week, all follow up support is provided Monday – Friday 9.30am-3.30pm. All emails and text sent outside of these hours will be replied to the next business day.
