Tazmin a Registered Dietitian with a specialist interested in prenatal & postnatal nutrition and infant feeding. She has two young children of her own and understands the juggle of eating well during pregnancy and beyond. Tazmin has helped thousands of women throughout their pregnancy journeys.
She is also on the committee of the British Dietetic Association of Maternity & Fertility Group as well as a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter.
