These (+ endless other) symptoms are categorised by Ayurveda’s Mind-Body Types. We call these Doshas (Dosha is a central term in Ayurveda, which can be translated as “that which can cause problems”, and which refers to three categories to be present in a person’s body and mind)
In Ayurveda’s anatomy, your Womb is the seat of your subconsciousness. She is also closely related to the immune system, sense of self, safety and shame and – you guessed it – (pro)creativity.
If we learn how to closely listen to our body’s subtle signs as well as how to respond to them with Ayurveda’s extensive self-healing toolbox (herbal medicine, medicinal foods, yoga, breathing, mantra and a transforming dose of self-loving bodywork) then we can naturally help our bodies to heal and restore to balance.
This session is designed to explore your pregnancy Dosha (Mind-Body Type) so we can tailor your lifestyle pregnancy plan to your unique situation. This will support your prenatal journey with as much BLISS as wombally possible.
You will work with Ayurveda’s Mind-Body practices to gain insights into your body’s fluctuating daily changes and needs.
ღ Expect herbal preparations, movement, nutrition guidance and sample menus, ritual, guided meditation and practical support.
This 45-minute online session can be booked as a one-off or a monthly recurring. I’ve got a Goddess Discount available for clients who plan to work with Ayurveda for a longer time in their pregnancy – please inquire for more information.
