This is a bespoke offering tailored to your needs. Examples include: being available on facetime/whats app during or after appointments, zoom birth & post partum preparation, and being available on facetime to your partner throughout your labour so they can consult with me about anything that may come up so they are confident in supporting you fully.

Sessions can also include a debrief after your antenatal sessions, how to overcome challenges, research into evidence-based information to ensure you are fully informed, debrief from any conflict with antenatal planning and support with practical advice to prepare for birth and postpartum (not limited to).

The Virtual Doula is a very bespoke service and a consultation is required to fully understand your requirements and create a bespoke virtual offering tailored to you.
