Feel you are still in the newborn haze and really overwhelmed by the lack of sleep? Are you unsure about how to start getting help? Perhaps you’re waiting for your baby to come and want to feel as prepared as possible?
What if you…
- Could set up great sleeping skills from the very start?
- Didn’t have to worry about what on earth a thunder week is in the well-known baby app?
- Knew what to expect with how long to nap and when depending on baby’s age
- Could navigate the much spoken about 4 month sleep regression?
I can help you navigate the first few weeks of baby’s sleep, taking the guesswork out of settling, and give you a very gentle routine to the day with naps, even if your child is the King or Queen of the 30-minute catnap.
Who is this for?
This sleep package is perfect for new arrivals up to 8 weeks old, pre arrival of a baby or a fantastic baby shower gift for new parents to be (via a gift card).
Sleep will feel like a less stressful topic and even allow you to eat a hot meal with 2 hands!
Here’s what a Newborn sleep plan with me looks like:
A private 60-minute zoom or in-home consultation.
We will discuss:
- How to establish a healthy routine for your new-born
- Your baby’s sleep needs
- Naps and bedtime
- How to teach your baby the difference between day and night
- Creating the right sleeping environment
- Strategies to encourage sleep
- When to expect your baby to be sleeping longer stretches
- Common sleep issues that can be easily avoided.
A detailed sleep plan
If you are expecting, the gentle and caring techniques in your sleep plan will teach you how to create an independent sleeper from early on, and will give you a flexible guide to quickly bring some routine when baby arrives, at a time in your lives that can otherwise become quite overwhelming.
If your baby has already arrived, your sleep plan will be fully customised for your family.
One follow-up phone call.
If you are following the sleep plan from the beginning, then you will find your baby is naturally developing wonderful independent sleep skills, but you may find you have some questions so we will schedule a telephone call within 2 weeks of the baby’s birth just in case (if you are expecting) or within 2 weeks of consultation (if you already have your baby at home). These calls typically last about 15 minutes.
Two follow-up e-mails.
A chance to ask any questions or concerns at any time within the first 3 months of your baby’s birth or our consultation.

I am a certified Baby Sleep the Night Consultant and I’ve been supporting at-the-end-of-their-wits new parents get baby into their sleep groove, so the whole family can enjoy those magic moments that make up baby’s first year.
Being a first time parent should be a beautiful, cherished experience but obsessive late night Googling “baby sleep habits and schedule” and praying for “please, please sleep” can certainly take the shine off it.
I love helping first-time parents because I love seeing how sleep makes for a happy family who can enjoy time together and most importantly… able to have an evening with your partner to eat a hot meal with 2 hands!
