Jodie graduated in June 2019 from the London School of Osteopathy with a Bachelor’s qualification (BOst) and is registered with The General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). She is an ex-dancer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry including personal training, teaching fitness classes and Pilates in private, group and corporate settings, and now including online classes due to the pandemic of 2020.
Since becoming a mother to two children, Jodie has developed a passion for working with mums-to-be and new mums as they prepare their body for birth and beyond, helping them to navigate the physical strains that come with being and becoming a mother.
She firmly believes that a combination of osteopathy and pilates-based movement, coupled with a healthy mindset and lifestyle habits is key to a positive and more comfortable pregnancy and birth experience and more manageable recovery.
Jodie also specialises in lower back pain management and sports injuries. Her own experience with long term back pain and spinal surgery has deepened her ability to empathise with and understand patients with chronic pain, and injuries that prevent them from doing what they love. She currently lives and works in Fulham where she co-owns a thriving F45 fitness studio and wellness clinic – Duo Clinic – with her partner Neville, and devotes the rest of her time to her two young children.
