Introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork
If you’re intrigued by Conscious Connected Breathwork, but would just like to try it and be guided through it, then this session is for you.
This is a shorter session to allow you to experience the practice of guided breathwork to help you feel calm, relaxed and safe, without too great an investment in time or money.
This doesn’t include an assessment but we can incorporate specific themes if you’d like.
