Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping) Online Session

Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT is a combination of psychotherapy and acupressure.

Also referred to as ‘tapping’ as it uses the physical act of stimulating acupressure points at the same time as combining elements of exposure and cognitive therapy. A true mind-body approach has ever-increasing evidence that it can change brain activity very rapidly.

It helps clients to ‘tap into’ an experience or issue in order to gain clarity and resolution. Aiming to clear negative emotions, feelings or energy from the body. This supports making physical or emotional changes, shifting limiting beliefs, and resolving past trauma to gain relief, relaxation and promote healing.

You can use EFT for a range of issues and the method can be done on your own or with the guidance of a practitioner. This brief, self-applied stress reduction technique has been proven in effectiveness for a wide range of issues including Anxiety, Low mood, Fears, Phobias, Pain, Stress, Traumatic memories, Guilt and more.
