There will be a telephone consultation prior to session with Maricarmenfitness.

About Mari Carmen:

I am Mari-Carmen, the founder of Maricarmenfitness. I have a background in Paediatric Nursing and as a mother of two, my passion and drive is to empower mums to achieve their Fitness, Health and Wellness goals.

I know how challenging being a mum can be, which is why I have developed all my programmes to focus on mind, health, exercise as well as a nutrition plan that is suitable for the whole family. I love what I do and love seeing my clients become more confident, healthier and happier.
