All of this will enable you to:

Who is this programme for?
This is for you if you’re a stressed woman or man, or if you just want to have a healthier and better quality of life. You would also benefit from this if you would like to get healthier before you conceive, attempt to conceive naturally, or are pregnant and would like to have the healthiest pregnancy and post-pregnancy period possible.
- 1 hour each month of video, phone call or face to face (to take place in Prestwich, Manchester or City Centre Manchester, otherwise an extra travel time cost will be charged by arrangement)
- Emails/messages with personal recommendations
- Telephone/email/message support during the 3 months.
