symptoms you want support with, these one to one session are for you.
The initial session deep dives into your health, exploring your unique circumstances and offers you a bespoke tailored plan to begin implementing lifestyle protocols to balance your hormones. Depending on symptoms and requirements of the client, follow up sessions are also offered.
