These are the average times (per age) that our little ones can manage to be awake in between sleeps.

All children are different and their window may vary up to 30 minutes from the average times shown here but these are the guidelines to start with.
I would start here and then alter in 15 minute increments every 3 days if you think baby needs a longer or shorter window.
These will most likely not solve all your little ones sleep issues but they are a good place to start and they will definitely help!
