Terms and Conditions

1. The prize provider is The Luxury Travel Book, registered address  2nd Floor Nucleus House, 2 Lower Mortlake Road, Richmond, United Kingdom, TW9 2JA
2. Bloss is the competition host only – by entering you confirm that you understand Bloss is not responsible for any travel arrangements, logistics or anything associated with the prize once the winner has accepted the prize. All correspondence regarding the prize and associated travel will be with the prize provider.

4. The voucher is valid until 31st January 2025
5. The voucher can be redeemed for bookings made up until the end of 2025 Excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.
6. Travel to the destination, food and beverage and internal transfers are not included. 
7. The voucher is non-transferable and can only be redeemed during the above-mentioned period. The voucher cannot be paid out in cash.
8. Our competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or Instagram. The competition will run on Instagram only and one winner will be chosen. 
9. You are not permitted to gift this prize to another person without the express permission of the competition provider.
10. Travel insurance is to be purchased by the winner and does not form part of the prize. 
11. The winner will be chosen at random using a name generator administered by Bloss.
12. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the competition closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of being contacted, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The competition will close on 19/02/2024 at 23:59 GMT. After the closing date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received during the running of the competition.
15. The competition is open to all UK residents excluding Northern Ireland. 
16. Our competition is open to those aged 18 years or over except employees of The Luxury Travel Book and Bloss, as well as anyone else connected with The Luxury Travel Book or Bloss or anyone judging the competition.
17. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter our competition.
18. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
19. If liking, sharing, commenting, or tagging are required to enter the competition, then only likes, shares, comments and tags made on the original post will be accepted as an entry.
20. The Luxury Travel Book and Bloss reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
21. The Luxury Travel Book and Bloss is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
22. Unless stated otherwise, transport to and from any prize location is not included and the winner must make their own travel arrangements.
23. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
24. The Luxury Travel Book and Bloss will not open another social media account for a competition. The winner will only be contacted by either the official The Luxury Travel Book (@theluxurytravelbook) or Bloss (@bloss.app) social media pages. Please be aware of scams.
25. The Luxury Travel Book will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
26. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants, will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent. The data will be available to The Luxury Travel Book, Family Spy Club and Bloss only.
