I am the owner of Centred Mums, a pelvic floor specialist Pilates and holistic health business in St. Albans and online. I who work with mums to improve their pelvic floor and core function with a holistic approach. I am on a mission to help better educate women about the importance of looking after pelvic floor health to set yourself up for life. With thirteen years’ experience, I am a qualified pregnancy and postnatal Pilates teacher, doula, nutrition coach and women’s holistic health expert. I specialise in working with pelvic floor dysfunction and have an online pelvic floor programme that helped me go from having a prolapse to running the London Marathon in October last year! My work has been featured in Fabulous magazine, Women’s Health magazine and Stylist. I have contributed to two books about pelvic floor health and postnatal exercise (Move More At Your Desk and The Postnatal Body). I’d be happy to offer any insight into pelvic floor health, particularly around why a holistic approach is important and why it’s not just about kegels! In my classes and online programmes, we address breathing, posture and daily movement patterns as well as exercises that will strengthen the pelvic floor. My online programme Pelvic Confidence helps women address their pelvic floor health from a holistic perspective and gets amazing results!
