My name’s Sara Matthews, I’m a subspecialist fertility doctor based at the Portland hospital in London.

I’m going to have a chat with you today about doing a sperm test and interpreting the results.

Okay, now you got to get your sperm test to the lab. Don’t put it on the car seat beside you.

If you’re a healthy person and you’re walking or cycling. Be careful on your cycling, you can stoke your sperm if you do it too much. If you’re going to do that, you got to keep it warm.

All right, you’ve got 30 minutes to get to the lab. Keep it under your armpit or down your pants boys, or your partner can do that for you.

Don’t forget to label it before you do your sample gets the lab as soon as possible.

Don’t have an accident on the way we can always do another sample, but once you arrive at the lab, they will analyze the sperm and get the best result within 15 minutes.

If you let it go cold, then the motility will go down and you’ll be disappointed.
