Hi, My name’s Sarah Patel and I’m an infant sleep consultant and I’m going to talk to you today about some common sleep issues and how you can support these.

So okay here are some top tips for the four month progression, try and get outside as much as possible, because this is going to really help regulate your baby’s circadian rhythm, that body clock try to keep a consistent bedtime so roughly within an hour. Have a consistent bedtime routine as this will really help your baby feel nice and secure when it comes to nighttime sleep.

And most importantly, just remember, this is not the time to try and teach your baby to fall asleep alone. This is a time when they’re going through something really quite difficult soΒ they’re going to need a lot more support, not less.
