Personalised Sleep Support Package

Phone/video consults are just as effective as in-home consults are. This package is exactly like having me in your home except you will be receiving all the coaching over the phone, where I will support you by WhatsApp & phone call for 10 days (weekends are not included).

It will start with me completing a personalised sleep assessment on your child based on the information you have given me in your intake form. You will then have time to read over the assessment and discuss with your partner or support person if applicable. Once you have had a read through and chosen your preferred sleep training technique, we would book in a time for us to have our consultation over the phone.

We will discuss how to implement your chosen sleep training technique and explain to you exactly what you need to do in order to improve your little ones (and your) sleep.

You then have 10 days of unlimited WhatsApps and 2 phone calls a week for 2 weeks. Weekends are not included.
