  • Learn why sleep is so important to help you physically, emotionally & mentally.
  • Holistic tools for a deeper and better quality sleep.
  • What foods and times to eat to improve your focus during the day and promote a better night’s sleep.
  • How to wind down from a stressful day, be in a more relaxed state to sleep easier and wake up more refreshed.

Workshop delivery:

  • 1 x 60-minute talk with Q&A session.
  • Delivered either in person (in Manchester, London and other areas considered) or online.
