I’m Rachael, a Personal Performance Life Coach and Mum, with a passion for encouraging and supporting other Mums to build their confidence, find their identity and feel empowered through motherhood.
I moved back to Wales, where I’m originally from, after 6 years developing my career in London. I worked for top companys, like ASOS.com, in their Learning and Development teams, supporting employees, teams and managers. I’ve built and delivered development programmes for Interns, Graduates and Apprentices, as well as delivered development on Prince’s Trust ‘Get Into’ work programmes. From working in Learning and Development, I then launched my own coaching business, providing one-to-one coaching on confidence and mindset building.
Various life experiences have shaped me in to the woman I have become today and developed the passions I have. The loss of my Dad to bowel cancer was one of those huge life experiences, which developed within me a new level of resilience, empathy and determination. Becoming a Mum for the first time, is a second life changing experience that has brought me a whole new set of attributes and skills, and developed my mindset into another level of strength.
Through my education and work background of Psychology, Learning and Development and Coaching, plus my personal experience of being a mother, I have developed huge passion for supporting women through this life transition, after also noticing where more support is needed.
My coaching business has now evolved into supporting mothers in building their confidence, finding their identity and feeling empowered through motherhood. I provide one-to-one coaching and a group coaching course for mothers. Plus, I work with companies on providing coaching support to the mothers in their workplace right from pregnancy, through to maternity leave, and returning to work.
